Our client is a small and well established private practice based in Hampshire.  The practice focuses on modern contemporary design within a range of sectors including residential, retail, education and commercial with projects typically ranging in value between £500k and £3million.

Our client is now looking to take his practice into the next planned stage of development and is looking to recruit an Architect to take on a partnership in the practice to allow the company to take on projects up to the value of around £10million.  As such our client is seeking a talented, creative and technical architect who has experience of a range of projects such as commercial, Education, Health and master planning schemes. You may already be self-employed or thinking seriously of leaving your present employer. This could be the next step. Candidates must be part III qualified with some post qualification experience working within a UK private practice and be keen to be part of an up-and-coming, highly creative, design-led architect/interior design practice.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is more technically based and has a background in business development. International Business development skills would be an advantage.

You will be based in the office 3 days a week and spend 2 days business developing.
