Our client is recruiting for a Director for their Cambridgeshire office. Successful applicants will be a fully Chartered Architect (RIBA) and will have UK experience in College and University projects. You will ideally be within a Director level role currently but you may be an Associate or even Senior Architect looking for the next step. You will have strong commercial knowledge and experience within a diversely spread business and will be a competant fee earner, bringing contracts and jobs in to the practice. You will have new business and negotiation skills and be a dynamic people person with the ability to motivate staff to achieve efficient project delivery. Salary circa £65k with added benefits package. 30 days annual leave (pro rata) PHI Optional, PMI after 3 months, Company contributory pension of 3%, Death in Service at 4x salary, Travel loan, Child vouchers, Cycle loan.
