Due to ongoing work load our client is now seeking an all round RIBA qualified Senior Architect to join our design team in Bristol. You will be RIBA Part III qualified, ARB registered and have previous UK working experience. The successful candidate will be part of a team involved with a wide range of projects including large scale residential and mixed use developments (both brownfield and greenfield), care homes, heritage, education, and leisure and nightlife in the Southwest and Wales. The role requires an individual with excellent design skills (including the use of AutoCAD) and a good knowledge of sustainability issues. Candidate will need to be confident, be able to engage well with clients, be enthusiastic and must have a "can do" attitude. Interest or experience in sustainable design and sustainability issues would be a bonus. This position offers an attractive salary up to £32k pa for the right candidate plus an attractive package including Car allowance (£3k), Profit share bonus (1/16th of a percent (equal to £2,500 this year, with likelihood to increase by as much as 25% next year as the market recovers)), Pension (3% employee contributions matched by 3% employer contribution), Holiday (23.5 days (3.5 days to be taken at Christmas)).
