Due to ongoing work load our client is currently seeking a Resident Architect to be stationed in Shenyang, China. The successful applicants will have solid experience on construction, interior details and contractor coordination. Large scale project experience is highly desirable as is knowledge of the necessary and relevant local building codes, practices and regulations. Excellent Putonghua and English are essential.
