Partner (small business) - Surrey [26/01/2010]

Our client is a sole practitioner who is taking the next step and looking for a business partner who can bring business with them and form a practice that can take advantage of the reviving market in 2010.

The practice works on a variety of project types the bulk of which are small scale domestic but which currently includes a £3M warehouse/office and some new build residential.

You will be able to run projects from conception to completion and you will be ambitious with the drive and ability to develop a practice with a growing client base. Regardless of project type successful applicants MUST be in a position to bring business with them.

You will be Autocad literate, have a solid understanding of current Building Regulations and general construction industry legislation.

You will ideally be Surrey based.
