Our client is currently recruiting for an Architect for their offices in Cornwall. With a steadily increasing volume of work our client requires an Architect with the ability to manage and progress projects. You will have excellent knowledge of detail design stages and building regulations and be able to undertake initial design work. Current projects including bespoke single dwellings, small residential developments, commercial developments, industrial units, and the detailed design of a development of student flats so experience in these areas would be desireable. This practice is evolving and there will be room for career development in the future. Salary up to £27,000 pa.
