PWA Construction Consultants are Chartered Surveyors based in Horsham, West Sussex, close to both the town centre and train station.

PWA was established in 1983 and has grown to become one of the leading independent building surveying practices in Sussex. They currently have 12 fulltime staff including 3 partners.

The practice works closely with a wide range of commercial and residential clients to provide comprehensive building surveying and architectural services throughout the south-east of England and London. They predominantly work on a variety of education projects including new build and extensions although their portfolio also includes domestic, industrial, commercial and historic projects.

PWA works in a friendly open-plan office and has an extensive technical library. They also have a private car park to the rear.

Social events the company offers include Christmas parties and summer outings. Many of these events are offered with partners included and these can range from barbeques to bowling events or evening-trips to London.

PWA's commitment to clients and staff is reflected in their established quality management system which complies with ISO 9001:2000.

PWA offer excellent opportunities for their employees to progress with CPD courses paid for by the practice. They are also prepared to support day-release progammes and encourage technical staff to gain full CIAT membership. Office hours are 0830 – 1700 Monday to Friday, yet the company appreciates that some flexibility is required to suit the individual needs of its employees.
