Hunter Dunning found an excellent position for me - a good rate, interesting work and in a very nice practice. 

They are prompt in all their actions, whether it be sending out initial paperwork, following up interviews, settling terms with clients or making payments. They have continued to keep in touch throughout the contract.

I contacted Jo Fairhead at Hunter Dunning as I was looking to relocate from South Wales to the South Coast. Jo immediately got on with it and organised 4 interviews for me within a few days. I was very happy with this as it enabled me to concentrate on the move to the South.

I must say a massive thank you to Jo and the team at Hunter Dunning. They listened to me and my requirements for a position and it turns out I accepted the position at my first interview and could not be any happier. In fact the only difficult decision was choosing which position to go for. Peter Walker – Position: Contract Architect

I approached Hunter Dunning and one of their competitors via e-mail one Thursday recently. The next day I received a call during which they took all the details of the sort of work I wanted. I had two interviews within a matter of days for good quality positions, which suited my needs well. I was offered both roles within a matter of hours, following interview. Although it was difficult to decide, I took one of the jobs and have been there now for over four weeks. Things appear to be going well, so far anyway.

At each point I found Hunter Dunning courteous, proactive and well-connected. I was looked after by Jo Fairhead who did a great job. Hunter Dunning kept me informed with phone calls and e-mail messages and provided me with paperwork and document templates needed to carry out a contract position. I invoice them directly on a weekly basis, and they have always paid promptly with minimum fuss.

About a week after my first e-mails went out I received a call from the other agency, asking if I was still interested in work. I told them not to bother since they obviously didn’t want my business, and I was already busy with my new employer.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hunter Dunning to anyone in an architecture-related discipline, who is looking for temporary contract work.

Having registered with various recruitment consultancies I was not having any luck with finding a suitable vacancy, I had attended a number of interviews but they hadn't been the ideal position in terms of my previous experience.
