HNW Architects is an RIBA Chartered design practice, based in Chichester, West Sussex, currently employing around 40 people.
We centre our evidence-based design approach on collaboration and stakeholder inclusion, striving to create innovative solutions which enhance the daily lives of all who interact with our projects.
Specialising in architecture, masterplanning and interior design, we develop and describe our architectural solutions using the latest computer aided design technology, including the use of Revit Architecture (BIM design software), which we use comprehensively for design development presentation through to construction details and as a base for the collation of post-occupation facilities management for our Clients.
HNW Architects provide design and architectural services across a wide range of sectors, with projects being predominantly within the South of England and London – but with the ability and resource to reach beyond. We are a personal and approachable company, our commitment and the work we produce very often leads to our clients returning for future, repeat work.
Whilst our primary business is that of RIBA Chartered Architects, we are often successfully commissioned as Lead Consultants, masterplanners, interior designers, employers agent/project managers and contractors architects on design and build projects. The Practice is well versed and experienced in undertaking these various roles, often responsible for engaging the services of an entire Consultancy team in order to provide a ‘one stop shop’ to clients.
We want people who want to help us creating a better lasting and sustainable social legacy, through our influence on:
People, Spaces, Landscapes & Environments to live, learn, work & play
We have worked with Hunter Dunning since 2005 and following the decision to make a senior and strategic level appointment, engaged with the again in early 2016 to appoint an Associate. In addition to genuinely understanding the sector in which they recruit, Hunter Dunning takes great effort to understand our business and our staffing requirements. Hunter Dunning submitted a small number of good CV’s and we subsequently employed an excellent candidate who we remain very happy with. As a business we would look to hire junior and graduate staff directly but would always choose to work with Hunter Dunning when looking to appoint experienced or senior members of staff.Mike Brown - Director
