Associate Director, Mandarin Speaking - London

An opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to join a forward-thinking architecture & interior design studio who are leaders in luxury retail and hospitality projects across the globe!

Established 18 years ago, this team of creators has been taking over the high-end retail design sector since its inception. Their unique approach to design has helped them amass a list of top-end clients and projects in over 100 cities around the world.

Working in a multidisciplinary way, their team of 60 are actively involved in architecture projects as well as interior, graphics, and product design. They are currently developing some amazing luxury retail, F&B, and hospitality projects and are looking for an Architect to join their team in West London on a full time, permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be leading large-scale luxury retail projects located in China (ranging from 150,000 – 800,000m2)
• Working from the concept design to completion
• Mentoring and assisting a team of Architects and Designers on each project stage
• Reporting to the Director on your progress.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of architectural design experience delivering mixed-use projects globally
• It is essential that you speak Mandarin fluently for this position, applicants without this will not be considered
• Expert-level knowledge of BIM delivery
• Able to confidently take full responsibility for all project content, processes, and team members.
