Bid Manager / Business Development Manager - North West London

Seeking an experienced Bid Manager with an architectural background to join a well established practice based in North West London, immediate start preferred!

Established in 2005 the practice has won numerous prestigious awards, including Architect of the year and several RIBA International Awards. With a diverse portfolio of work, their designs can be found scattered around the world. The company works across a range of building sizes and typologies, specialising in a number of sectors such as, residential, commercial, master planning, cultural and education.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing competitions lists and compiling PQQs, tenders, proposals, presentations for bids
  • Identifying relevant business opportunities and coordinating meetings with potential clients
  • Attending networking events alongside directors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in architecture/marketing/graphic design/journalism is desirable
  • 3 years’ experience within bid management in design-orientated business
  • Excellent graphic design skills with advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
