Bid Manager - North West London

Are you looking for new Bid Manager jobs in London? An experienced Bid Manager is now needed for an established and growing architectural practice based in North West London. This opportunity will give you the freedom to run and manage your own desk, whilst working alongside the architecture team.

This practice works across a range of building sizes and typologies, specialising in a number of sectors such as, residential, commercial, masterplanning, cultural and education. With a diverse portfolio of work, their designs can be found all over the world and due to all their success, they have won numerous awards, including Architect of the year and several RIBA international awards.

This position is being offered on a full time, permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing competition lists and compiling PQQs, tenders, proposals, presentations for bids
  • Attending networking events alongside the Directors
  • Ensure bids are in accordance with the companies’ quality and commercial standards
  • You will also be involved in marketing decisions and attend marketing meetings
  • Identifying relevant business opportunities and coordinating meetings with potential clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must have 3+ years experience in bid management, preferably coming from an architectural background
  • Degree in architecture/marketing/graphic design/journalism is desirable
  • Excellent graphic design skills with advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What you get back

  • £40,000 – £60,000, salary is dependent on experience
  • 20 days holiday, plus one more each year in service
  • Performance related bonus.
