My client is a major international, diverse practice of architects, designers, engineers and urbanists that all work together and combined have an outstanding reputation as one of the most successful practices in the world. The London practice is looking for a BIM Coordinator to implement the use of BIM through project teams. The successful candidate will make a vital contribution to a range of projects across multiple sectors such as healthcare, education and conservation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop BIM execution plans from client meetings and employer’s information requirements.
  • Implement and maintain BIM processes for each project.
  • Ensure the robust quality control procedures to ensure all models and datasets are accurate.
  • Ensure all information is fit for purpose.
  • Act as a Revit super user to coordinate and programme the use of Revit and associated software.

Required Skills & Experience

  • The candidate is required to be an advanced user of Revit and Navisworks.
  • Have a detailed understanding of commercial construction techniques.
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience working as a BIM Coordinator using Autodesk software.
  • Previous experience in leading BIM processes across a range of medium to large scale construction projects.

*Please note that a Revit test will be part of the interview process.

Salary & Package

The successful applicant will be offered a salary between £40,000 – £48,000, profit share scheme, flexible pension allowance, travel allowance, private medical insurance, contribution towards professional development.
