Due to ever-increasing projects, a growing Chartered Surveying Practice now requires a Building Surveyor to join their team in Kingston-Upon-Thames. The practice is open to looking at all levels of experience, so if you are a Graduate Building Surveyor, Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor then we want to hear from you.

The practice covers Kingston, Surrey and London areas. Offering a wide array of services to their client base, including building surveys, party wall matters, property management, valuations, structural engineering and dilapidations. They deliver clear and concise communication with clients and have developed a loyal client base over the last 6 years. To be considered you must have experience as a Building Surveyor within the residential sector and have a RICS accredited degree. You must be MRICS or working towards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct full building surveys on residential properties
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Dilapidations (tenants / Landlords)
  • Client meetings
  • Valuation Surveys when required
  • Networking

Skills & Experience Required

  • MRICS or working towards
  • RICS Accredited Degree
  • Residential building surveying experience
  • Excellent construction knowledge
  • Valuation experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and car
