Clerk of Works required for a multidisciplinary construction consultancy, site based / remote working. Due to increasing projects, our client is now looking to grow its site inspection services team working on residential new build projects in the Winchester area.
The multidisciplinary practice is award winning and specialises in commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and residential. Offering a multitude of services in Architecture, BIM, M&E, Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, and H&S. They are made up of 6 offices and 300 staff, they are continuing to grow and offer further progression for their employees. The role would suit a current Clerk of Works or an experienced Site Manager, Building Control Surveyor or Construction Quality Inspector.
