Development Manager Job in Cheshire

My client is a growing company that specialises in supported housing for the most vulnerable people in the community, offering quality care and accommodation to those that need it most. They are looking for a Development Manager with experience in supported housing to join the business in Cheshire.

My client is looking for various new key positions within the business as there are rapidly looking to expand the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Development Manager based from their Cheshire office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the external consultancy and build teams
  • Project manage the schemes and projects
  • Manage the procurement processes
  • Support the Directors in the budget, forecasting and cash flow of the developments
  • Build strong relationships with partners in the developments
  • Ensure the quality meets expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Development Manager
  • Ideally experience with supported living/extra care developments
  • A personal interest in supported living
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong organisational skills.
