Document Controller – Kent

A busy practice in Kent now has the opportunity for a Document Controller to join it’s team. If you have excellent administration, IT skills and looking to be a key part of a professional team then get in touch.

Our client has grown from strength to strength and built a diverse portfolio of work in a range of project sectors including education, residential, mixed-use, commercial, and retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Uploading drawings and models to CDE
  • Downloading of others comments on our drawing documents and models from CDE
  • Downloading others drawings, documents and models for comments from the CDE
  • Uploading our comments on others’ drawings, documents and models to CDE.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Asite and viewpoint would be beneficial
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Desire to be a proactive and supportive member of the team
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at A-C (4-9) including maths and English, or equivalent.
