Are you looking for a flexible part time role within a friendly and supportive company? As the business continues to grow we are now looking to appoint a focused and analytical individual to take on the role of Office and Financial Administrator, working both in house and remotely.

Hunter Dunning is a privately owned limited company, established in 2004, specialising in recruitment within the property sector, including all aspects of property design, management and maintenance. We are based in Central Chichester approximately 200m from the train station, bus station as well as local shops and pubs.

Responsibilities will include:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Finance
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Communicating with clients that have overdue invoices
  • Working with solicitor if and when required to retrieve bad debt
  • Ensuring timely payment of contractors
  • Point of contact for any suppliers
  • Managing Petty Cash


  • Point of contact for both IT and CRM providers
  • To deal with any day to day technical issues by liaising with suppliers. Reporting and managing faults.
  • Ordering new IT hardware as and when required.


  • Manage office email accounts, responding accordingly and forwarding on to the appropriate members of the team where necessary
  • General PA responsibilities for the Managing Director
  • Managing compliance
  • Editing and management of company policy documents
  • Writing and sending letters confirming sales
  • The production of contracts for temp workers
  • General support to the MD as required
  • Completing relevant paperwork for umbrella companies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Book keeping experience preferred
  • Be able to work in an office environment as well as remotely with good time keeping
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, training will be provided
  • A good telephone manner
  • Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English writing skills
