Are you a Landscape CAD Technician looking to work for a reputable, independent design and build practice in London? This role would suit from the industry looking to develop broader landscape design skills.

The practice specialises in designing, building and maintaining top end private and commercial outside spaces, countrywide and internationally.
As part of the company’s development they are looking to recruit a full-time CAD Technician/Designer to join their vibrant studio.

Working under the guidance of senior designers, the successful candidate will be enabled to develop skills in concept design, planting knowledge, material palette and applications, while working on high end residential and commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support senior members of the design team
• Interpret and import architectural drawings
• Produce 3D Visuals using SketchUp, Photoshop and 3d rendering software
• Produce moodboards and presentations
• Produce production drawing and detailing
• Surveying sites
• Produce schedule and specifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent CAD skills – Vectorworks and Sketchup – Cross training from other CAD platforms considered
• A minimum of 18 months experience in an architecture, landscape architecture or garden design practice
• An understanding of the principles of CDM
• Excellent written and spoken communications skills

What you get back
