Our client is a leading provider of student accommodation in Southampton and the surrounding area. They are looking for an Office Administrator to ensure that all tenants, third parties and landlords are served with a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will play an integral part in the office administration for over 1,000 tenants and a portfolio of 200 properties in Southampton and Portsmouth. Responding to all phone calls, greeting office visitors, ensuring that all contracts, tenancies, compliance and utilities paperwork is administered correctly.
