Part II Architectural Assistant - East London

This award winning, design lead AJ100 practice is now seeking a confident Part II Architectural Assistant to join its studio in East London.

The firm are renowned for their commitment to making a positive contribution to the community. They have a diverse array of specialisms and a wealth of experience across a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Retail and Hospitality.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Architect preparing presentation material
  • Researching and developing solutions to architectural problems.
  • Assisting in preparing and/or commissioning measured surveys and site reports.
  • Drafting and amending concept and detail designs by CAD/Revit and by hand.
  • Attending relevant internal and external meetings, along with attending site meetings with the Project Architect.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified at RIBA Part II level or equivalent
  • Knowledge of CAD and Revit
  • Residential sector experience
  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience in professional practice.
