A sociable and supportive practice in Wapping are now looking for a Part II architectural assistant to join their award-winning practice.

Established in 2004 the practice has won multiple awards and built up an eclectic portfolio of UK projects, ranging from £250K to £60M in construction value. Their wide variety of completed projects includes high-end residential, education, masterplans, residential developments and towers. The practice is well known for its design excellence and offers both consultancy and design services.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working closely alongside, and reporting to the Directors on an exciting large scale educational project. You will be working on all stages of the project through design and construction using Revit, with particular focus on RIBA stage 4.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Revit is crucial for this appointment
  • Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Must have excellent drawing and graphic skills, with attention to detail and creativity
  • Experience of construction detailing, and working with specialist fabricators and suppliers
  • Experience working on education and residential projects
  • Must feel comfortable working under your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills

Please note that candidates without Revit experience on live projects will not be considered for this role.
