Our client is a top 25 UK property consultancy with a reputation lasting 100 years, they are now looking for a Partner for the planning team in their Bristol Head Office.

This multi-disciplinary practice is now looking for a Partner to provide planning advice to both public and private sector clients in the South West. You will be involved in several sectors from residential to commercial, education and healthcare.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Service existing clients and generate new business
  • Monitor and support the team when needed
  • Manage own caseload, delegating effectively when needed
  • Promoting planning and Listed Building applications and securing permissions
  • Team coordination both internal and sub-consultant
  • Preparation of planning appeals
  • Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
  • Site promotion and representations

Skills & Experience Required

  • 6 years’+ experience within a consultancy
  • RTPI accredited degree desirable
  • Proven track record in gaining planning consent
  • Ability to act as expert witness
  • Ability to generate new business

What You Get Back

  • £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus (£2,000 – £5,000) + Car/Car allowance (£7,000)
