Project Architect - Central London

This is an opportunity to join a practice who are recognised worldwide for their award-winning projects in traditional and classical architecture!

With two offices in Central London and Winchester, their large team compromises of 90 highly skilled and experienced Architects, Technologists, Urban Designers, Consultants, Historical Researchers, Project Managers, Graphic Designers and Administrators. Their portfolio of projects range from beautiful historical buildings and private homes, to commercial properties and interiors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Director, Associate Director or Associate on the design and development of projects from concept stage through to completion of a project
  • Take the lead role on historical and high-end residencies throughout the UK
  • Manage Assistants and Architects
  • A strong presence will be needed on the technical side of projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Have a minimum of 3 years post Part III experience, working on UK based projects
  • Proven experience working on traditional, classical, listed, conservation or heritage projects
  • Must have strong technical ability
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Experience using ArchiCAD is an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided.
