Are you a Project Architect fluent in Revit? Looking to join a practice that are advanced users of the software? Then look no further, this could be the role for you.
My client based in North West London is an integrated Architecture and Planning practice, dedicated to helping developers, investors, and private clients unlock the full potential of their property assets. Specialist sectors include residential and commercial developments throughout the UK.
With more than 50 live projects ranging from new builds to complex refurbishments and conversions, they now require two Project Architects to join their team of 15 to predominately work on residential schemes throughout London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing a small team of Architects and Assistants on residential led projects in London
- Working across all RIBA stages
- Ensure deadlines are reached on time and work is delivered to a high standard
- Use Revit on a daily basis
- Liaise with clients and contractors on a regular basis, attending regular meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years PQE Part III professional experience, within the UK
- A fluent user of Revit to a high standard, with evidence of using this software on residential schemes in professional practice
- Excellent design skills and a good technical knowledge on residential projects
- Good working knowledge of Building Regulations and Building Standards
- Confident in leading teams and working across all RIBA stages.
