An opportunity for an experienced administrator/coordinator from a new homes or estate agency background to join one of the largest property groups in the UK, working on one of their flagship regeneration development schemes in London.

In partnership with one of the UK’s largest construction companies our client will build over 1500 new homes along with new retail, commercial and community facilities on the old Olympic Park site, in London, E20. The successful applicant will take on an interesting and varied role supporting the onsite sales, marketing and customer care teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration and operation of the marketing suite day to day
  • Present the marketing suite and development in the best possible light and create a warm and welcoming environment, to ensure that the experience of all visitors is exceptional
  • Work closely with the Sales and Lettings team, Customer Experience Manager(s) and Marketing Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events and launches
  • Assist the Sales and Lettings Manager and the Marketing Manager in the operation and upkeep of the marketing suite
  • Greet walk-in and pre-booked visits and field initial telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Prepare, or assist in the preparation of various internal reports
  • Assist the sales and lettings team with administrative support, ensuring paperwork completeness and compliance
  • Raising purchase orders and/or managing invoicing
  • Assisting with meeting organisation and meeting room bookings, as well as organising catering or refreshments for visitors if required
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager and the Community and Partnerships Manager in coordination of events and catering

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous new homes sales or estate agency experience in the UK
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • A working knowledge of open market sales, lettings and/or shared ownership transactions would be highly beneficial
