Quantity Surveyor Job in Liverpool

Quantity Surveyor required to work for Top 10 House Builder based in Liverpool and working on developments in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. The role offers a package of up to £50k + excellent benefits, with remote working.

The leading house builder provides homes of all tenures and is the largest delivery partner of Homes England. They employ over 1000 people across 11 offices nationwide and still expanding. You will be joining a busy commercial team with a strong pipeline of new developments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Set and monitor delivery of budgets
• Placing of orders
• Payments and production of accurate and timely reports for the business
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials required
• Liaise with the subcontractors, site staff and other departments
• Monitor and control variations and customer extras
• Maintain effective communication and deliver positive outcomes for external and internal customers

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying for a residential house builder
• Relevant industry qualification, Surveying Degree or HND
• Experience in COINS preferred but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent level of numeracy
• Ability to work remotely
• UK Driving Licence
