A new Sales Consultant job with our client who is now is one of the leading residential developers in the South East, building new homes in sought after locations in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. They build a wide range of new homes from bungalows and apartments, to 5 bedroom family homes
They are now looking for Sales Consultants of all levels to join the team in April on their new site to incoming visitors and help them in finding their next home.
Role & Responsibilities
- Successfully negotiate property sales and demonstrate effective closing techniques
- Business development
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Sell off plan properties
