Senior FF&E Designer - Hospitality - London

Our client is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their hospitality team based in SW London on a permanent basis.

With an ever-growing portfolio of clients, this practice is famous for its luxurious and high-profile projects. Their eclectic yet sophisticated interiors are regularly published in design magazines and winners of design accolades. Having recently secured further projects, their London team is currently looking for a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality and F&B sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Management of FF&E from initial concept development through to installation
  • Specification and procurement of off-the-shelf items and bespoke pieces
  • Liaise directly with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure all relevant documentation/systems are up to date and accurate
  • Oversee and manage FF&E budgets and ensure items meet the desired specifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years’ industry experience across hospitality or F&B. Large scale residential will also be considered.
  • Competent user of AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of current building regulations, interior architecture, and furniture/product design
