Senior Land Manager Job in East Anglia

This is an opportunity for a Senior Land Manager to join a top 10 builder in East Anglia.

This top 10 house builder are looking to strengthen their land team in East Anglia by appointing a Senior Land Manager to work alongside the Land Director, Land Manager and Planning team. In this region, you will be looking for immediate sites from 50 – 1500 units across the East Anglian patch.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identifying land opportunities
  • Negotiating terms for the acquisition
  • Prepare and submit land approval packs
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
  • Manage the offer process
  • Support the Land Director and Regional Managing Director

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
  • Experienced in land buying in the region
  • Previously worked for a housebuilder
  • Proven track record of completed land deals
  • Working in partnerships would be an advantage
