Senior Town Planner - Hertfordshire

My client is a Developer employing approximately 350 employees, delivering large developments in London . Due to growth they are now looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their Planning team.

Based in Hertfordshire, their projects are across London, with project sizes between 200 – 900 units. The successful candidate would be joining a planning team of 4 and a Planning Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on large-scale projects
  • Coordination of project teams
  • Assisting on major applications
  • Preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Research and site appraisals
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with clients and local authorities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Ideally planning experience within London
  • Experience with residential projects, units 200+
  • Developer or consultancy experience
