Technical Manager Job in the Warwickshire

This is a Technical Manager job opportunity working with a top 10 house builder in the UK, based from their Warwickshire office.

As the Technical Manager you will be working on multiple residential developments with projects at various stage of development, from feasibility through to construction. You will manage all aspects of the design and specification of developments, working closely with the technical team in the Warwickshire office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Pre-Construction planning and feasibility reports
  • Organise design meetings
  • Coordinate and manage drawings and specifications from external consultants
  • Responsible for making sure specifications are adhered too
  • Supporting other members on the technical team
  • Review of design Information and details during the pre-contract and construction phase

Required Skills & Experience

  • Relevant degree/qualification
  • Experience as a Technical Manager or Design Manager with a house builder
  • Experience working on large scale residential projects
  • Architectural, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering design experience would be an advantage but not essential
