Workplace Interior Designer Job in Manchester

Our client has a new requirement for a Workplace Interior Designer job based from their office in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a background in workplace design either from a traditional, D&B, or consultancy firm. The position is office-based and offers a salary of circa £38,000 + benefits.

This award-winning business has been established for over a decade and offers a range of services to landlords and occupiers globally. The team of 30 consists of consultants, surveyors, interior designers, and asset managers. They’re now looking to appoint an experienced workplace interior designer or workplace consultant on a full-time permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work across the project life cycle
• Concept design and development
• Production of technical drawings and space plans
• FF&E specification and selection
• Conduct site surveys/visits.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 – 10 years of industry experience
• Degree qualified in interior design or similar
• Proven experience of running projects across all stages
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite, Revit experience is also beneficial
• Knowledge of the RIBA stages.
