Charlotte Lambert banner

Here at Hunter Dunning, our Consultants are our shop window, and their Recruitment Consultant Profile is their information leaflet. They represent our brand on the “front lines” and are the soul of the business.

There’s more to our Consultants than just a voice on the other end of the phone. We will be introducing them one by one to our website visitors so you can get to know the person behind the voice. This week we caught up with Charlotte.

The interview

Name: Charlotte Lambert

Job title: Architecture Recruitment Consultant – West Central London, West London and North West London

“Chichester in West Sussex”

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

“I really wanted to be a Vet as I love animals – especially dogs!”

“No formal qualifications as I just wanted to earn money straight from school. However I do have a diploma in eyelash extensions and have 2 awards from Royal Mail for ‘Direct Mail’ and ‘GDPR’”

Where did you work before Hunter Dunning?

“Royal Mail as Media Specialist / New Business Development Manager”

Why did you choose to work for Hunter Dunning?

“I have always wanted to get into recruitment but didn’t want to work for any type of recruiter, I then found Hunter Dunning and saw they were specialists in Architecture and more and couldn’t say no!”
