“Lots of things”
What training or qualifications do you have?
“Not a lot of qualifications. The highest qualification I have is a GNVQ in Customer Service”
Where did you work before Hunter Dunning?
“Worked in the motor trade for a number of years. My Last job was with Jaguar Land Rover but it wasn’t for me”
Why did you choose to work for Hunter Dunning?
“Was contacted by a recruiter and thought it was worth a shot and Joe took a chance with me. It was honestly the best move I have ever made”
What is the best thing about working at Hunter Dunning?
“Good team and a nice atmosphere. We all work towards improving and doing things the right way in the industry”
How do you feel Hunter Dunning differs from other recruitment agencies?
“Try and make placements that work for everyone. We have a personal interest in clients and candidates, they are not just another number to us”
What do you find most interesting working in the Architecture sector?
“Understanding the motivations of clients and candidates and how diverse it can be within this industry.”
How is the Architecture industry changing?
“Generally it is a candidate short market and companies are needing to work harder to attract or keep hold of talented people. Lots practices are noticing their margins are even tighter than before.”
What are your hobbies?
“I’m a new father and love going to gym – best place for me to unwind! I also love comic books, etc”

“Obviously its ‘obviously'”

“Bear its my nick name out of work”

“Yeah I struggle to go beyond Pig with other names for her”
